Meet Our Team
Kristi DeJongh - Founder
Kristi founded Dutch Sisters Dashboards after spending more than 30 years working inside medical device and advanced manufacturing environments — including roles with Atmel, Intel Corp, Spectranetics, and Philips Medical. During her career, she partnered closely with quality teams, managed document control and CAPA processes, and worked extensively with compliance-driven databases and reporting systems. Along the way, she saw a recurring challenge: leaders needed clear visibility into KPIs, but the data lived in too many places — making audits, investigations, and decisions harder than they needed to be.

As a certified dashboard designer, Kristi now helps growing medical device and medical manufacturing companies gain real-time clarity into quality, production, and compliance performance through custom KPI dashboards. She understands the realities of smaller teams — where people wear multiple hats and “quality department” work often lands on already-busy leaders — and she designs solutions that make compliance and decision-making simpler, not heavier.

Originally from Michigan and now happily rooted in Colorado Springs for more than 30 years, Kristi is a camping enthusiast and devoted golden retriever companion. She leads Dutch Sisters Dashboards with the belief that when you truly know your KPIs — always — growth and compliance can work together smoothly.
Carolyn Graves - Client Relations Manager
Carolyn brings years of municipal government experience working with data, performance metrics, and spreadsheet-driven reporting to support better decision-making and problem-solving. At Dutch Sisters Dashboards, she helps client teams successfully adopt and manage their KPI dashboards, guiding them as they integrate data into daily operations and long-term planning. Carolyn is also passionate about helping organizations automate information flow and explore tools — including AI — that reduce repetitive work and maximize resources.
Originally from Minnesota, she has called Colorado Springs home for more than 30 years. When she’s not supporting clients, Carolyn enjoys hockey and has recently become a happy convert to the RV “glamping” world.
